Our All Day Hosting & DJ Wedding Package is one of our finest and most popular wedding packages.

Working closely with you and understanding the vision for your wedding day experience, we will help realise a remarkable wedding ceremony and day that is full of emotion, laughter, memories and make it a wedding that is unique and most importantly, fun!

We will be on hand to ensure that all aspects of your day run flawlessly and ensure that you only have to focus on saying Aye Do!

The Ceremony

The entertainment should start with your guest arriving at the ceremony and continue right through to the last song of your reception.

Using our discreet, sound system and with our extensive music knowledge, we will work with you to create the perfect mix of songs that reflect who you are and set the tone for the day to come.

The ceremony was wonderful, you are with your photographer getting the perfect shots. All your guests are having a great time, listening to carefully selected music chosen to entertain and suit your wedding, whilst they are catching up. The venue team are working hard behind the scenes and your Master of Ceremonies is on hand for anything you need while mingling and getting to know your friends and family.

Picture your friends and family sat down at their tables, eagerly awaiting your arrival. As your guests stand up and the music kicks in, we start by individually introducing your top table.

Now it’s time for them to welcome you. What better way than have your nearest and dearest  cheer and applause as you make your first grand entrance as a married couple.

You’ve taken your seats, now it is time for the speeches. As your Master of Ceremonies, we start proceedings by welcoming your first speaker to the mic.

Your Evening Reception

You are having a perfect day; the speeches were great, the wedding breakfast was delicious and the room has been transformed for your evening reception. Everything has gone just as we planned together. We gather your guests around the dancefloor and everyone is ready for one of the days biggest spotlight moments, your first dance. Introducing you both onto the dance floor,  Using the big intro we planned, the music starts and everyone goes wild as you enter the room!

With everyone you love around you, we welcome you to the dance floor for the first time as a married couple. After the first dance, your guests will all join you on the floor and party continues with the music you and your guests love! Whether it’s family favourites, party classics or old skool anthems. We have gotten to know you and you have used our online playlist planner, all that’s left to do is enjoy yourself!

Myself and my husband would like to thank Stuart at Fresh Entertainments who we hired for the all-day hosting package for our wedding at the Doubletree by Hilton Dundee. From the very start, booking our date and package, we were immediately contacted with all the relevant information, pricing etc and access to an online planner so we could input all our requests, timings during the event. If you booked well in advance like us, you get plenty of emails, kind of like a countdown, to the wedding to remind you how long you have left to fill out your planner. All this prepares you and the DJ for the day. Prior to your day, you get a nice friendly phone call or video chat with your dj to go over all your online planner details to ensure everything you want is correct. This is a nice informal chat and allows you to tell your dj any special requests you would like. For example, I arranged for a special gift announcement to be made for my uncle for his 60th birthday on the same day as the wedding

On the day, Stuart arrived in plenty of time to ensure he was prompt and everything was set up on time. As we had the all-day hosting, Stuart took care of absolutely everything including playing all the music for walking down the aisle, providing the mic for the registrar etc. Stuart was very involved with the guests throughout the day and couldn’t be more helpful always asking us if we needed anything. He even went to the bar to get us drinks whilst we were mingling with the guests. (Thanks!)

At the time of the wedding breakfast and speeches, Stuart arranged a game for all our guests to get them interacting. I won’t say what the game was and ruin it as other potential clients may get the same. (Which I recommend as all I can say is everyone thoroughly enjoyed it). All I will say here is he really knows how to get the guests to enjoy themselves and come out their shells so it isn’t just a quiet sit down meal after speeches.

After the breakfast, Stuart then set up his equipment for our evening reception. This included our own chosen mood lighting to match our colour theme. Again, Stuart provided all the music for cutting the cake, the first dance and any special requests. He made all the announcements and again used his magic to get guests to interact with each other and get down on the dance floor! He really knew which specific songs to use for our guests. Stuart also asked us our questions for the infamous Mr and Mrs game which went down well. He also snuck in some Bride guests vs Groom guests music activities. This also went down well with the guests! He also arranged a nice wee confetti surprise to go off above us whilst we done our first dance. Was an amazing touch!”
